Charging Ki and Psi

Hey I'm learning electrokinesis, and I want to know how to charge Ki/Psi? Thankyou

It can be done either with the energy from yourself as diverted from your chakras or ,if you understand this, from your kundalani energy. As well, your psi or ki may be charged using energy offered to us from the universe itself, if you know how to ask for it.
