the dots could mean a few things ive seen them moving around side to side but not up and down now the other thing the bird could be ur animal guide depending on how far ur 3rd eye has opened does this happen when ur relaxed and in a world of ur own?

The dots can just be your minds way of enterpreting the energy which is around you, you will see it if you are relaxed and your third eye is open, next time you see those dots try to manipulate some of them together into a psi ball and see the result.

it like i seee them but then wen i try focusinf on them they disappear

Keep your mind in the relaxed state, do not try and focus on the dots, try to focus the dots together, don't change your gaze, just keep staring and force them together with your mind. This is also called manna or chaos, it is around and part of us all.

ok I cant see the spirts but i feel them as for the dot mine are white I've had them for years, Now if I look at a tree i see an out line to the tree what is that? my dots do not stop moveing, well mine are kinda white and shadow and i see things in them some things i dont know what they are but they move..... so what can i do???????? can u mail me
