First I just wanted to say that it's okay to feel what you feel. The last thing you need right now is an additional burden of guilt for losing your faith. I think that we all go through this sometimes and hopefully when you go through this rough patch things will get better and your faith stronger. I hope things get better for you soon. A Dark Night of the Soul is no easy thing to go through. Take your time with it. I've had a handful of those myself, and they're never easy. The important part is to take your time and don't force anything. The more you force yourself to go one way, the more uncomfortable you will be. My advice is take it as a lesson or series of lessons.
Also, you are never a disruption here. Your prayers are as valid as anyone else's. You are going through a hard time. Trust that God is all around you, even if you can't feel it. He is guiding you on a journey. Where it goes, no one knows for certain. We're here for whatever you need.
