Aurora, I had no idea it was so complex. I will have to find out which type I have.

Also I'd love to hear more about your Wiccan Rosary

SonOfMan, the best way to figure out what style you have, is to count the number of beads. The commonest one, the Dominican, has 59 beads, a center piece and a crucifix. An abbreviated type, sometimes referred to as a chaplet, will be between 11 and 15 beads. Chaplets are also rather common, but usually referred to as chaplets rather than rosaries. The Franciscan Crown has 70 beads but uses 72 prayers. The Anglican Rosary (the only protestant one) contains 33 beads, it's broken down to various levels as to what each bead or each set of beads represents in the life of Jesus. My Wiccian Rosary, has 30 beads broken into 3 sections, each representing part of the trinity. I've adapted my own set of prayers, I'm not sure where I got all of them, but they came from various sources, and I've adapted most of them slightly to suit my own needs. Regarding Angels, especially Archangels, why do some sources say that they take on intimidating forms? I've heard people who use Enochian Magick say that they're terrifying but when I felt the energy of the Archangels I felt pure love.

My other friend has said that Angels can't hurt people because they're beings of pure love.

Sorry if it sounds paranoid but I need some guidance in this area.

The angels are a weird subject. Some are benevolent, but if you look at the prayer to St. Michael, they have their moments. Some angels are war like, like St. Michael. Some are primarily benevolent. I don't know too much about angels, but I do know they vary from time to time. Check the bible and see what it says about them. You can kinda get the feeling of them there

Hi SonofMan, try sprinkling holy water for protection and there are plenty of St Michael and Archangel Michael prayers on YouTube, I just do the novena St Bridgets 15 prayers each day except when I'm tired or really busy! It's a one year devotion, I started two years ago but I do love this devotion a lot and I feel very safe! I will pray this devotion for as long as I'm alive! Its helped me a lot and it's only 24mins a day. I do hope this helps! Burning Frankincense is also good.

Here are a few high level topics that may be helpful from a novice perspective:

1. Who are the deities in Christian Wicca, and how do they differ from traditional Christianity as well as the other paths of Wicca?

2. What is the difference between being Wicca vs a witch?

3. Can one be Eclectic using elements of Christian / Trinitarian Wicca?

4. Is there a difference between Jesus and Yeshua?

5. How do we reconcile or explain theparts of the old testamentthat clearly speak out against magick and divination?
