If you think you are a psychic vampire, consider this:
Instead of feeding off of someones direct energy, try using the energy of the feeling of gratefulness, that this person/thing even exists. Honor the fact that they too are connected to the divine, the fact that if one didn't exist, it is likely that the other wouldn't either. Use the love that you two create in that sense to empower you.. that's what I (can, but hardly ever) do. Be well

Gypsy, it seems that you were very hurt by someone who was very close to your dad. That can put offspring in an unbearable situation in so many ways. I can see why you lashed out.

Feel free to mail me if you'd like to discuss your situation, I have some experience and understanding. There are people in my life I would happily tar with a label of most hideous definition because of how much they have hurt someone I love (as well as myself), and go on a rampage towards everyone who shared that label.
