psychic exersices

I dont know if you can call this a psychic exercise, but you could use zener cards or even playing cards. Shuffle them, pick a card hold it face down and try and see in your mind's eye what's on the other side. I love the Zener Cards. They were designed by Karl Zener for parapsychology experiments in the 1930s. When I started using Zener Cards, the results were all over the place. But with time, you get better at it.
