please help

I have some how been creating creatures since I was about 6 and I know this sounds strange but every time I get angry I some how create a creature at first i thought it was just a gargoyle to protect me but I soon realized it is more then that they don't listen they just do as they please I have two upstairs in my house an two in my barn that I have made. An I was told by something I had created that if I don't learn to control it I'll eventually make something that destroys the world so if anyone knows anything about this type of stuff an has any advice on it I would very much appreciate it. I would start with doing simple cleansing with casting a circle around yourself using meditation to expel negativity from yourself before preforming anything. I would then approach removal of what you have manifested by using staple herbs . ie burning white sage, fennel, oragano, or even dousing franinscence oil around the places these entities are entitling themselves to. Go in strong and assertive- they are not as powerful as you think. They are just taunting you.

If things progress you can always do simple sigils of protection of the home or self.
