Strange Things

hi, i started this thread because i really need help ...the problem is that i cant sleep...i hear voices...i have visions [ night ] ...my eyes play tricks....so please help me with these...what shall i do?

If I were you, I would try to find out what is causing those visions, and voices. How long has this been going on? What do the voice's say? Just try to focus on them and find out what they want...

well....yes....and i must tell you something ....last night i was trying to sleep..and when i closed my eyes [ it was ~ 1:00 AM] i saw a women face...it was kinda white...about voices i cant understand them....and anyway i dont know if it is a ghost or something or just my mind...because i juct recently moved to this house [ it a city lol]

I have to ask you a couple of questions.
What do you about the former occupants of the house, and what do you know about the neighbors? Also, has anything like what you are describing ever hapenned before you moved there?

Pheonix I totally understand. Though this is where I go to someone who can hear them, the harder I try the more muffled it gets!! It's more a case of learning to feel what they are saying while trying to not make it up as you go along. Which is the bit that always confuses me and takes me so long to realise.

well...about neighbors..i live in a flat i know only that upper me [ if you understant] ....their are ok...nothing starange....but neighbors from down...are...a bit weird...anyway...i dont know what is but every night i feeel very insecure....what shall i do. sorry for my bad english

Sorry, I'm fairly new to magic, so this might not be the best way. Well, the "ghost" or spirit might be calling for help, like what others said, since if it want to harm you you should already be in hospital or something. What I think is that phsical and astral, spirital, objects are two very different things. You probably shouldn't focus too much on your phsical ears. What I suggest you to do is to relax on your bed (sitting, just don't sleep) and let everything go, kinda like meditation. You might heard better that way. Hope that helps.
