FLYING??????

there was this one time that i went to bed in mi room. i dreamed that i levitated down the stairs and went to bed on mi couch .i woke up the next morning on my couch. i think i levitated there. but now i try to levitate or fly i just cant do it. 1 do you think i levitated down the stairs. 2 how do you think i can do it again.

You probably were just sleepwalking. It's a very mundane truth but in all liklihood it's what happened. Even if you may think you couldn't walk up the stairs while you're asleep, sometimes things become so routine in our minds that we can literally do them with our eyes closed. Of course if we tried to while awake it'd end in disaster, but the human mind is amazing and can record actions and environments with great detail.

I think it is possable that you did levitate while you where sleeping. Astral travel can be done on this plane but it is very hard to do. My guess is that you were dreaming and ended up sleepwalking. But if you think it was astral travel then through meditation you can possably reach it again. practice meditation often.

DeathGoddess, doing it while concious isn't necessarily disasterous, I walk around my house with my eyes closed, I can even walk around other places will my eyes closed whether I'm used to them or not.

Maybe I'm wierd, but I've never had an issue with walking with my eyes closed.

It's a matter of knowing how to feel vibrations that are sent off from any surface and to read distance and size within, I guess.

I believe that is one of the talents a blind person can learn. Many people who have lost one sense have hightened remaining ones.

astral projection is one of my specialties but this was not the first time i woke up and wasnt where i went to sleep. i want to be able to do it wile awake. or at least find out what i am doing. cuz i dont think you can astral project your physical body places.
