Vampyre Familiar

if any vampyres or non-vampyres have any information on the subject of vampyre familiars, please post it here. i know they exist, but dont know what exactly they are....or if a human can be one....or anything else about it.

myabe its a human that does the vampyres dirty work in day light hours prehaps

I was going to say bats, but to be honest I've never heard vampyre familiars. I know that Lady O had a dog who was her familiar and that she is part Vamp, but thats where my querie is she isn't complete vamp. From what I know of familiars they can be the same for all of us anything that we and they so choose, but I'm not sure on the vamps!!!
