Whenever i try to get on it says i have signed off but then when i click on reconnect it takes me to the same screen every time

hmmmm... lol a real serious prob... lolz no i dont know
.1 click live chat
.2 click join
.3 click join public or watever coven ur in
.4 chat away

That not really help lol, but thanks. I have other problem too, mine is very hard to log into the chatter. When I click the live chat, there is nothing but blank page.
