Astral Projection

I'm new to magick and this keeps coming up. I wrote about it, but did it from a fictional (fantasy) perspective. How real is astral projection? What does it involve? Astral projection is very real..

Well, it's kind of the middle between your physical body, and your sprit body, (I think)

Thanks for the feedback. I had a feeling it was something more like that. It sounds pretty cool, I look forward to learning more. And maybe even experimenting.
