Candle magic

Im making a ritual for health and to cure my future diseases.
I want to live a long and strong life, so I would start now to take care of my body and aura. Probably you have to do this once a year.

What kind of energy should I use for a good result?

What color should the candle have to be able to cure diseases?

What herbs should be used for health magic?

What other things should I choose so that the magic will be
strong?

Is there anyone who has tried to cure serious diseases such as permanent migraine, cancer or osteoporosis?

Water energy is the best for healing, but really, any energy can be used, just transform it with your visualization to a blue or white light.

Candle could be blue or white.

Herbs..search this site because there are many herbs with there purposes listed in here. I like to use Basil for myself.

Charm a stone for protection of your health. My stone reference is not here with me now, but i'm sure I won't be the only one to reply. A basic crystal is always good.

When using herbs I'd express caution. Even on sites such as this the descriptions do not tell you how to use them. In many cases they must be prepared in a specific manner to harness any useful effect (medically) and in some cases if they are prepared wrong, ingested, or otherwise used incorrectly they can be poisonous.

yes its true. It is difficult to know how to use the herbs.

To live a long and healthy life, eat a variety of food, and not too much of it. Stay away from drugs,including tobacco. Alcohol in moderation. Strive to be happy. Be optimistic at all times. But, and it is a big but, illness and disease in a lifetime can affect anybody. I am now 77 years old. When I was a child I had the usual illnesses, measles, mumps, chicken pox. Then never had another illness until I was 63, when I had a slight heart attack.(Very painful!) After hospital I cast a healing spell for myself, and recovered in less than two weeks. I have had no trouble since. But I do take care. That is what you have to do; take care. However, no matter what,a human really cannot avoid illness.

I belive that almost all diseases are causted by emotions, and if you dont process all of your feelings and take them seriously you will be sick.
In psychology, there is evidence that emotions cause mental illness, wich then escalates to physical illnes. The onset may take from several seconds to several years.

For example, grief can weaken your immune system and you become more susceptible to bacteria.

if you become a vegatarian, you can decrese your risk of cancers by half. vegatarians rarly get cancers and die of natural causes. in every peice of meat, your consuming over 20 pesticides, and 14 growth hormones, antibotics, etc. in every chicken wing, there is a piece of poop :)

Youre probably right! I have noticed that vegetarians look younger and prettier.
