re spirit guides

how can i seek the help of my spirit guides? i am a begginer and would like to be able to talk to my guides but am not sure how to? any suggestions would be geat thanks all. blessings macus

Start by meditating... Think of how you want to be guided and when the time is right They will come to you...

What are spirit guides?

Aspects of one's soul, or separate entities that help you along in life.

Sometimes they go unnoticed, and some people actually put forther effort to listen.

So I can meet them by simply meditating?

Pretty much. they normally appear when they think you are ready or need the extra help.

What do you mean by need extra help?

Extra help means guiding you in the right direction by way of helping your instincts when you are working, giving you messages to push you along, giving you comfort, ect.

Each spirit guide does something different based on what the individual needs.
