I really need help!!
I don`t know WTF i just did!
I was in meditation bonding with a steel then all of a sudden i felt as if i was stiff than soft.I mean hard.
I just someone will help me.

I mean, a similar thing happened to me in a "becoming one with the woods" meditation -- are you hurt? If not, I think doing these things are normally supposed to make effects that you can feel...
