Your deity

I just wanna know which deity (god/goddess) everyone worships and how you worship them.
Also, how do they affect you and your magick, and how do you feel about them...
here i will start first:

My deity's are Aphrodite and Ares the greek gods.

Aphrodite - Goddess of love, lust, passion, beauty and glamour.

She is mostly my advisor in love and a great friend.
We comunicate through meditations. I don't actually hear her but i still know what she wants me to know. I worship her by giving her different kinds of offerings like incense, smudging, roses, rituals, prayers,ect... And in return she helps me with my spells and allways lets me know what i need to know about my love life. If i don't believe her, it is my own fault i get hurt at the end. She is my mother figure and allways by my side.

Ares - God of War and chaos.

He's not really my friend he's more of a father figure of mine.
He wants me to think he doesn't like me but i know he does even though we don't comunicate a lot. When i feel endangered, i feel an energy that doesn't really belong to me comming from MY body and protecting me. It feels vicious, angered and powerful and mostly moves on its own. I know that that is ares watching my back. I give him the same kinds of offerings and respect him not out of fear but i respect him as a great man he is even though some people who met him say that he's a sycho lol.

I work the Dark Goddess Kali aka Maha Kali. I have a close relationshiop not only is she my patron deitiy but my best friend sister and mother. Love her to death and would do anything she doesnt really affect my magick unless i ask for help. other wise a lot of things that stand against her are drawn to me. i also work with Isis, hathor, anubis, thor, horus, shiva, and ganesh.

Anubis and Nepthys mainly, but I talk to a few others and ask them for help when I need them.

I use whichever gods are needed to cast the spell but i prefer hecate mainly

i haven't found out who my deity/deities are yet. how does one go about finding them?

I respect all deities, but have none I worship regularly.

Ares is...more than a diety to worship in my world. He is a friend and a life long protector of mine. And you're right Brim...he likes to act like a bad boy, but he is infact a sweet heart lol

I dont have any that you could say I worship..but I do however call upon Ocasta,KANATI ,and others in time of need

I work more with Angels, as I'm a Jewitch. I personally like to work with Michael and Jeremiel.

I did my research on gods and goddesses.
Not all of them of course, but only on greek and as soon as i found Aphrodites story and Areses story, i just knew they were my gods i didn't even continue reading the rest...otherwise it can happen in a completely random event...you just feel like THIS is the god i should worship it's like you could hear them calling out to you in the back of your mind.
You just have to go with your gut.

depending on what i am doing depends on who i work with.
Mostly greek or Norse with a few celtic ones.

One of my favorites to cause mischief with is Loki :D kinda fun to have at a party. Not so good if you are trying to do a ritual.
