Crazy Heat

The tempreature over here in Australia went up to 45 degrees, thats half boiling point of water.

And i find it so hard to meditate in the heat, so im thinking about taking a long break until summer ends, is this okay? Whats the longest meditation break you've taken?

4 months, it's not that bad, I'm in Aust too you know, close-ish to where you live.. Just get a friggin Air-con..

It is anywhare from 30-80 deggress durring the winter.
