help understanding circle

this is a circle that ive had for a very long time, though ive never been able to properly identify it, i drew it out as clearly as possible, and it is unaltered, save for the ank i added to the side of it and the eternus vita i added to the center in order to make it powerless in case it has some negative effect, however this shouldnt alter it to much for it to be unrecognizable, would anyone be able to indetify this circle? any information would be much appreciated1 Origin, purpose, anything :D

ive never posted a picture, nor have i seen one, so im not sure if it works haha, here is a link to the picture on my photobucket

To me it looks more like a shield, crest, or seal.

Where did the word Verus come from? Did you add that too?

thats just what i save the name as "verus eternus vita"

true eternal life

and it is a family crest, for hundreds of years, if not much longer, but i know it symbolizes something, though my grandma died before she could tell me, unfortunetly my mom doesnt beleive in any of this, or hates it and pretends not to and forced me to throw away the pendent that had this inscribed on it, luckily i was able to scan it before so i could remake it!

I don't know much about the writing. Sanskrit? Theban?
Numerology may help to break the numbers down and piece them together.
Four pointed stars are usually related to the star of Bethlehem or Natal Star, which could mean a few things.
