Astral Projection Help

Hello everyone,

Last night I was using the techniques I read on astral projecting, I'm a bit upset but I'm also happy and motivated because I was able to leave half of my body, and feel these massive energies that surrounded my body after attempting astral project a number of times.

I started with the rope technique to begin with.
I began feeling the weirdest thing.. Like somehow I was shrinking or sliding down my bed, my head began to rise on it's own, I could feel it tilting some how, I tried to keep my eyes closed, but they kept opening in the process. My arms began feeling lighter and my upper body was rising, but then I could feel heavy again, and all of a sudden I was sitting up on my bed in my physical body. My heart was thumping and my arms felt.. Really weird.

I tried and tried again. This time just with the normal technique. I visualised my body floating up. And again. My Head was the first to react, it was rising, and I could feel it tilting, but what I noticed was that I left half of my body, but somehow my spirit was dragging my physical body with it.

What am I doing wrong?

Howcome my physical body is moving, or somehow attatched to half of my soul or something? I don't think it's attatched, but I just struggle to get the other half out.

It would be great if you guys gave me tips or helped me out.

I gave up after I began getting a headache deep into the core of my head.

There's not much info on it. But I gave it a go, because I'm a really good visualiser.

So does anyone else know what i'm doing wrong?
