Of course exercise and diet are a must. But one can always use a little help.
Every morning, as soon as you're up and after brushing your teeth, drink 15ml of lime juice mixed into 15 to 30ml of hot water.
It's supposed to cleanse the toxins from your system.
Also, sometimes the weight we put on is due to emotional eating. In that case, while you continue with the right diet and exercise, give your sacral chakra a work-out as well by meditating on it. Do a spell for emotional healing, it may help as well.
sorry to say it, but that might be your problem. the lime juice might help, exercise would too, you might need to eat more, carry some carrot sticks with you, eat 4-5 every couple of hours between meals. try to have your big meal in the morning and your smallest meal at night. those might help also. i only have one or two weight loss spells, and off the top of my head i don't remember them sadly, but if i were you, i'd look into herbs and other detoxing foods.
I know someone who uses spells for beauty, and I guess weight loss is under that category. Get a hold of yourself spiritually, if you haven't, face what you want to do, and get dedicated to doing it!

if you're having trouble because you don't feel hungry, that doesn't mean your body isn't. go slowly, start with some carrots, move up to apples, rice, then boiled chicken breast. if you still think you cant. start with plain broth and slowly move up to soup with solid items in it. you have to force yourself to eat little by little, but make sure it's not junk you're eating. if you jump right into a big dinner, you'll throw it back up probably.
