I found and would like to try this:

But I'm having difficulty finding some of the ingredients.
Does anyone know where I can find Ocotillo Bark and Pilsatilla (google keeps correcting it to Pulsatilla)?
I'm sorry if this is the wrong place for this post.
Thank y'all in advance for your time and help.
Pilsatilla is misspelled and it should be pulsatilla. I was able to find ocotillo bark as an extract or tincture from several different sources, but not as a dry herb. If it is too difficult to obtain these ingredients (I could not find either one on my local health food store's website, and I thought they had everything) you should try a pre-blended tea mix. Personally, I use Yogi brand woman's moon cycle tea. It is not the same blend as the tea you asked about, but it does contain Don Quai which is an ancient Chinese herb used for women's cycles. Hope this helps.
Ocotillo is a plant that grows in Arizona desert. When they are dormant, they look like big sticks standing up out of the ground. Not sure where you would purchase this, other than desert botanical places.
For this problem, simple sage tea will help with cramps and help your body start your cycle. My daughter has great success with this. Hope it helps you.
No problems with starting cycles, it's the horrid PMS.. I hate being around MYSELF.
I'll try looking at some "local" nurseries (closest one being half an hour away).. I was just really hoping to find it online and NOT alive..
I can barely keep a plastic plant from keeling over -_-U
I would look up calming teas then. Chamomile/mint is great tasting and excellent for calming. Also add small amount of nutmeg. Though this is more for sleep, I would consider it calming. Aroma therapy might work for you too. You can warm oils, or use herbs and fruits in a scent jar. Cinnamon has a strong smell, but is pleasant. Look into calming herbs and put then in water in a pot to warm on your stove. Scented candles are always nice. Anything to take your mind off what is happening. Its natural, but boy! It can be hard to put up with PMS. Hope this helps. BB
