never heard of it. but i quickly googled it, it's about the Salem Witch Trials? sounds interesting. is it meant to be a historical retelling, an actual documentary or a re-imagining where they were all real flying on broomstick witches [which Hocus Pocus is the only movie i'll allow to do that] if it's on Netflix or even YouTube i'll check it out, but i probably won't go out of my way to track it down. if you are interested in the trials and want a semi-fictional version, i suggest reading The Crucible by Arthur Miller [it's also a movie]
Its a false movie not based on any true storys. Though it is a folk tale from england. It shows witches do fly. But threw levition not on brooms. Thank you for the movie advice, Ill have to watch it for sure.
I wanted to see it in the theater, but never got a babysitter to do so. I did get a huge chuckle though at some of the trailer comments that ended up on facebook when it was coming out. Bunch of Wiccans and Pagans got offended by it because hardly any movies have witches as good.

The Witch Movie is based on Folklore from New England, a lot of the 'Folklore' in it is loosely based off of Traditional Witchcraft (Well some Traditions of it, ones that focus more on Luciferianism) I myself have never seen it, but it has recieved mixed reviews from the Witching Community - some are praising, some are hating and others thought it was incredibly boring.
There are also some who are using it as a foundation for their practices, I've heard and met some people who are getting Tattoos of Black Phillip with the 'Live Deliciously' quote on them - some of these people only a few months into practice or have never practiced before.
It is most likely going to start a fandom, or fandom cult approach to Witchcraft.
