Personal Bio
I have been a Mage all my life and also very eclectic and seek to connect with new friends of like mind, to learn from others and them learn from me. I pass no judgements as I am neutral for all things and all paths are but links in a greater chain and part of a greater whole. I AM the Fire that sweeps across the waters of the dragon's lair, the Flame of Transformations, the House of birth, death, and regenerations. I am the Keeper of Keys, The Guardian of Passages, and am myself but another link in a greater chain of neither Light nor Darkness. In the mundane, I'm semi-retired for medical reasons, and spend my spare time teahing, gardening, piano playing & teaching, playing with my two blue heelers, and living a layed back life with my partner of nearly five years who is also a Mage. Both he and I work at home doing machinist work for his uncle's machine shop as I work to build a plating and jewelry making business in these tough economic times. I'm pretty openminded to all and am looking to meet new friends. I was raised in a rural community in the south and learned much from functionally illiterate Teachers (who are the best in my opinion), and have a wide range of arcane education in various traditions from Santeria, New Orleans voodoo,Obeah, traditional Wicca, as well as countless others. My own tradition essentially has no name as I am what many would call a "solitary" and is not necessarily of nor from this realm. To have gone back and remembered what and how one practiced in previous lives is quite an accomplishment and I have done so and so, carry on as before. I do not take apprentices anymore but there are a few exceptions and only when it can be proven that they ARE worthy and can be unendoctrinated from all the fluff. I am very old school at heart. But I welcome communications from all because in the greater scheme of things, we truly all are One.
