Where to begin?

My name is Jonathan, which means "God has given" in Ancient Hebrew. I'm currently 28 years old and have been studying the various traditions of Wicca and Magick for approximately ten years now. I don't have a set tradition that I currently follow, such as the traditional or Gardnerian. I just follow my own path and wherever it takes me, it takes me.

There are several things along my path that I have delved into. They include astral projection, empathy/telepathy, and several similar topics. I've astral projected many times before, but haven't been able to remember all the details of my trips, for which I'm learning to control. If you have any tips or pointers on how to better remember, it would be much appreciated.
