Determine precisely what it is you want that someone to hear, or perhaps feel. Write down your wish on a piece of paper in a simple form. First, draw around you a circle ringed with names of spirits. Then light the white candle and let it burn for a moment. Start by lighting the black candle. Fold your hands as though in prayer. Will your personal energy out from you and into the form of a circle. Now say, "I feel no sorrow. I feel no pain. My emotions are my own, no one else controls them". Blow the candle out and focus on your own emotions.
First you must sit in a very dark room. In order for this to work you MUST have shadows and darkness all around you.

4.Open youre eyes and get out of meditative pose.
