To make this work you must set up a room with no sound and no other people but you if there is they will get the luck and all the luck in you.

Simple really...picture a metal cage or box around whatever causes you pain, and keep that picture for about 5 seconds. The pain should go away. Sometimes works for itches you don't feel like scratching.
This is extremely easy and extremely effective last night I had a stomach ake and this made it feel better. Use it when you feel unsafe or to clear off bad spirits.
