Visualize the persons face and imagine him/her smiling laughing having fun etc. And then chant;

Take sea salt and mix it with water. A natural source of water would be better like rain or river. Add the lavender the water and take it outside in the moon light and ask for the moon to bless it.Then chant:
"Oh silver moon I call upon you
To send your powers towards me
Bless me lunar light and protect your slave"
Add a so mote it be after 3 chanting. Then wash yourself with it. If you want you can ask something in particular like defining the kind of the protection.
Umbrakinesis or Sciakinesis is the ability to mentally generate and manipulate darkness, deactivated photons mostly,the absence of light.

Dimming effect:
Stay in a room where the light is already dimmed. Focus on the area you want to dim further and visualize a wave coming from your body and repelling the photons. As the photons disappear and shadows are engulfing them, you will be able to form a shadow.
Complete darkness:
In a place with all the lights on: Focus on repelling every last photon in the room. Keep this concentration for a whole minute. After so, it should darken.
Moving the photons and the shadows:
Once you have completed in the areas above try moving the shadows and the light you will have to be one in all the photon to move it engulf your will over it's and move it to your liking.
This spell should only be used when someone refuses to leave you alone after being warned thrice.

Place the items in the center of where you will work. Cast a circle and bless/cleanse your area of other energy. Set the picture of the person on the floor next to you (the picture is an aide and is not necessary). Focus on the picture. Clear your mind of other thoughts and emotions. Visualize this person speaking ill of you to others. Light the red candle. Hold either a completely dull knife, or your right pointer finger up to the palm of your left hand. Stare into the light of the candle and apply a slight twisting pressure to your left center palm. While doing this, visualize the other persons hand catching on fire and burning (while they are gossiping or bugging you). Visualize that person stopping what they are doing and the pain going away. Repeat this process from visualizing there hand catching on fire, to them stopping and it going out, three times. When finished, snuff out the candle, close your circle and clean up.

The wand is an instrument of invocation. It is sometimes used to direct energy or to draw magical symbols on the ground. To some, the wand represents the element of air, and it is sacred to the Gods.
The size of the wand is up to you, whatever size feels comfortable in your hand - your wand should feel like an extension of your own arm. Traditionally, it has been fashioned from the wood of a willow, elder, cherry, oak or peach tree. Any reasonably straight piece of wood can be used, even one you buy from a hardware shop!
The wand must be consecrated like any other tool. By consecrating a tool, you are declaring to the God and the Goddess that it is sacred and will only be used for magical work. It only touches the air.
You don't have to own the 'perfect' wand at first; you may use a stick until you stumble upon the right wand for you. Whatever you choose to use at first will be infused with your energy and power.
Some Wiccans engrave their wands with magical symbols, runes and/or words but this isn't absolutely necessary, as it becomes magical with your touch and use.
All tools are ritually cleansed and purified before use to remove any negativity; they are then personally charged and consecrated. Consecration only needs to be done once.
A Consecration Ritual For Your Wand
Hold your wand high in salute and say: "Lord and Lady, Father and Mother of all life. Here I present my personal wand for your approval. From now on may it serve me as a tool and a weapon in they service."
Place it on your altar and bow your head, thinking of it. Dip your fingers into the salted water and sprinkle it on the wand, on all sides. Now pick it up and hold it in the smoke of the incense, making sure all parts get thoroughly censed. Say: "May the sacred water and smoke drive out any impurities in this wand, that it be pure and cleansed, ready to serve me and my gods in any way I desire. So mote it be."
Hold it between the palms of your hands and concentrate all your energy into the wand. Then say: "I charge this wand through me with the wisdom of the God and the Goddess. May it serve us well, keeping me from harm and acting in their service in all things. So mote it be."
Keep the wand on your person for 24 hours and sleep with it under your pillow for three consecutive nights. It is your own personal tool. It is fine to let other people handle your wand, but never let another use it for anything, inside or outside the Circle. It is considered bad manners to handle another person's tools without permission. Your tools are your personal symbol of witchhood and deserved careful choice and treatment.
A Wand Dedication Ritual
Finally, a suggestion for dedicating your wand before you first use it. Perform this with visualization.
If the wand is made of wood, take it outside at sunset and rub it with fresh lavender, eucalyptus or mint leaves. Raise it towards the east and invoke the Goddess. In the morning, at sunrise, take it outside again and invoke the Goddess by rubbing it with more fresh leaves and holding it up again to the east.
Cleanse and consecrate all supplies with the four elements(earth, air, fire, and water).
List all your debts on the parchment. Draw a banishing pentacle on the back of the parchment.Carve a banishing pentacle on the candle. Place the rolled parchment in the candle holder then tighten the candle ontop.
Think of banishing your debts. Think of the feeling of happiness and relief when the debts are banished. Light the candle.Take the candle to the East quarter and ask that the Sylphs send your message of debt-banishment out to the universe in a safe and protective way, and ask that prosperity return to you in the same manner.
Put the candle back on the altar and, in your own words, ask Juno to banish the debt and replace with prosperous energy. Allow the candle to burn completely. The paper will catch fire, so watch what type of holder you are using (glass will break) and that the candle holder is on a fire-safe surface.
As the candle burns, concentrate on banishing your debts,your feelings of relief and happiness, and the coming prosperity.
