Chant:" Locked in, boxed in, full of fear, my panic grows manic, till I can't hear. In need of reprieve, so I can breath. Remove my fear, please make it leave!"

Put the bowl of water under the moon light, be sure that the moon is reflected on the water, light the candles and put them in triangle shape around the bowl, put the neackle in the bowl and say:

"I, put the neackleon the moon waterand make this neacklecharm of protection in future problems.So mote it be."

Power up with the ki flame. Make a block at your wrists. Make a lot of ki behind the block at your wrists so it builds up pressure. One part of liquid ki stays near your chest, while the other part makes up 5 ki balls in each arm. Make the ki balls into jing. Put a lot of pressure on releasing the ki balls then finally when you can't hold it longer, shoot them. Use the ki in your chest, bring it up like a spirit bomb and shoot it.

Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Put your hand up so that your palm is facing the opponent. Take a stance so that your body resembles the letter "r". Bring ki up from your tan tien and store it in your wrist.

Visualize a sort of circular tunnel the size of your palm in your palm. Now push all the ki that was store through this circle so the ki takes the form of a pole. Make the pole hover horizontally in front of your palm.

Put your other hand up so the palm of that hand is facing the pole. Your hands should now be next to each other with your palms facing the pole. Program the pole to move with your hands by directing your thoughts through it. Move your hands round so the pole is verticle and move it above your targets head.

Slam your hands down really fast. The pole will slam down through the target's body and hurt.

Chant: "This thing that I have drawn, have made, needs to be real at last. Made 3D and real. I will feel (his/her) light up at my presence, I will see (him/her) come to life, let light, rain, earth, and moon bring (him/her) to life." Leave the drawing outside for a week where it will not be disturbed, and let nature grow over it, whoever you drew should appear in your dreams for 3 days, then they will should appear where ever you put the paper.

Climb a House

Climb a Tree
"Bark I climb from the tree. I mean, I am not with thee. But want to be a person who is not scared of heights. Bring the lights".

So You Think You've Mastered Psi Balls?


This article isn't meant to tell you what to do... it's here to try and stimulate thought! So think and be creative!
So you can make a psi ball. Now what? It might have seemed cool at first... but now it's just turned into a boring and useless skill. Bummer. But wait... there is hope! Psi balls are made of the most useable substance - Energy! Big deal, right? What can energy do? Well let's just try to think of some cool ideas and exercises...

The first thing that pops into my head is the concept of shapes. Psi "balls"... so limiting... let's change it to Psi Constructs! Who needs a ball of psi? I want cubes, pyramids, diamonds, and flat objects - not just balls. We can think of thousands of shapes... hearts, footballs, cylinders, chairs, bottles, sofas... the list can go on and on.

Alright, you have your favorite shape in mind... so how to create it? Two ways come to the top of my head... One - The same way you've been creating your balls of psi. taking the shape of a cube. Or we can just imagine energy as little cubes, that come together to build one big cube - kinda like legos. Or maybe visualize the energy flowing over the edges like a waterfall, then going back to the top through the middle.

Another technique might be to make a psi ball the way you normally do... then mold it
Different visualizations can produce different types of psi balls and different effects the psi balls have on other objects. One of my favorite things to do is to make a psi ball, visualizing it as a ball of fire. Check out the picture to the right to get an idea of what I visualize. While that might result in a hot psi ball, visualizing a flame colored blue or a tornado of snow might produce a cold one. Have fun with this - these are just a few examples!
