Ki breathing
Stand with your shoulders width apart.next as you inhale through your nose visualizing ki energy all around you inside your body and being stored inside your solar plexus. Now as you exhale visualize all the used up ki forming black holes leaving your body.

Emotional power up
Take the emotion that makes you feel good then think of all the things that give you that emotion.

Chant:"Two dragons come together, feel the drums together, two dragons dance. Two dragons dance together, take a chance together, two dragons sing. Two dragons sing together, take a wing together, two dragons fly. Two dragons fly together, own the sky together, two dragons are as one.

Ki Wave
Focus the ki into your hands and gently push your hands forward. Feel the ki push as a wave to a piece of paper. When you can knock over paper move to bottles or something harder.

Ki Sensing
Have your energy come out of your body and spread all around you. Imagine a dome around you make it bigger to expand the sensing. To know if you are sensing someone youll get afeeling in your stomach.

Ki Healing
Put your hand over the wounded area. Next visualize the pain as a red color, and your healing ki as a yellow color. Next add healing ki to the wounded area. Visualize the ki removing the pain/red and healing the wounded area.

Say this:

"Crafter of the weapons,
Master of the Celestial Weapons.
Give me the (sword, gauntlets, knives, axe, or staff).
May I master one to protect my area"

After you are done say "Seal".

Go somewhere and chant this:

"Oh Lord of Shadows,
Give me a partner.
Make him strong make him weak.
Make him slow make him fast.
Let me train on him!"

After you are done, try to find him in your mind.

Ki ball
Visualize your ki inside your body. Now bring that energy up your chest like a river and splitting into two columns. Next visualize your ki going down both arms and into your hands making the shape of a ball. Make sure you keep visualization on the ball or it will disappear.

Ki ball shielding
This allows you to create a shield around your energy and keeps it from disappearing. To shield a ki ball as you add energy to the ball put some of that energy around it and have it in case the ki ball in a solid shield.

Basic ki blast
To perform a ki blast what you have to do is make a regular ki ball then keep visualization on the ki ball visualizing your ki inside of your body about to explode. Now thrust your palms forward in a double palm strike releasing the ki ball and letting the energy in your body explode. Make sure you shoot through target.

Chant:"The water in my veins,the air in my lungs, the beautiful earth, the fire in my heart. Please help me have (thing you want). Thank you, my best friends. You are so powerful.

Using the chalk draw a large pentacle with a candle at each of the point of the pentagram. Now surrounding the pentacle draw the symbols as follows:

• God,
• Goddess,
• Spirituality,
• Protection,
• Peace
• Friendship

Now you should place the picture of the person you want to be as the target.

Start meditating, as your body drifts off light each candle as you light each one you will need to imagine energy moving from your heart, lungs and head into the pentacle and through the candles connecting with the spirits, gods and goddesses getting more and more intense but having a calming affect at the same time.

Once you feel calm and relaxed, you need to chant this three times: (or as many times as needed)

"From Earth, Air, Fire and Water, come here as three. The Gods, Goddesses, and Spirits. I command thou to thee; protection, peace and friendship, so mote it be."

Once your body feels drained of energy (try not to feel to drained as this could make you get into a deep trance hard to get out of.)

You should imagine the energy slowly reducing in about and let your body regain back to reality, you then blow each candle out and pour the wax in the center where you placed the picture of the person you as the target.

Draw the upside down pentagram on the floor and put the black candles on each end.
Now say this: "I (your name) am going to dedicate myself to you father Satan. Hear me oh
father Satan."

Now prick your index finger if you have a razor cut your arm and let the blood drop in the middle of the upside down pentagram.When you feel like that is enough blood say outloud "Hail Satan"

Light the white candle and stare at the flame for a few minutes. Then put the picture at eye level and say:"You have passed through the veil; But with this spell, I will dream of you soon, This I foretell." Place the picture under your pillow. Let the candle burn to a stub, extinguish & place it in the bag of Lavender. Sleep with these items under your pillow for three nights to receive the dream you want.
