Sit in a meditation position (legs crossed hands on your knees) in the middle of a room with no sound, close your eyes and take deep breathes. Here we go. Write the name of the person you wish to bind on the piece of parchment paper. If you want to stop them from a certain behavior, you can also write that down on the paper. If you have a photo of the person, get that, too. It helps.
