This is a spell to be done just before you go to bed. Light the candle.Put your hands against the ground next to the candle, a hand on either side. Imagine roots growing up, threading through your finger and up your body, rooting you firmly to the ground. But at the same time, imagine your mind becoming free from your body, drifting off and leaving your body.

Closing your eyes, recite these words three times.

'Sleep free me,
Dreams take me,
Dull my senses,
Let me sleep'.

Blow out the candle.

Put the rope in a circle, then place the pentacle in the center of the circle and the toy on the pentacle. Place a candle in front of the toy and light it. Then chant:

"This beloved toy, to life I shall bring it. I invoke the spirits. Give this toy a life and soul. I call upon thee, come forth. Give this toy a life, so I may interact with it. So mote it be"

Cut three roses from a bush (say please and thank you, leave a offering if you have something). Leave as much of the stem and thorns as you can. Carefully wrap the ends with a white cord, knotting protection into each twist. Hang this upside down in your locker.

Put your arms like you are blocking in boxing and chant once: "By power of protection protect me from this blow, so mote it be".

Chant three times: "God and goddesses of fire, please make a fire ball in my hands So Mote It Be!"

Go outside and say:

"Oh goddesses of Hyrule
Bless me with your power!
Bless me with the power you once had
So that I may use it for good
Din, Nayru, Farore,
Give me the mark of power!
So mote it be!"
