Concentrate on the third eye while concentrating on what you desire to find. Picture it where it could be. Concentrate on the intention and desire together while visualizing looking into yourself.
Find it within yourself by looking into your own soul with your concentration. If you lack the energy but know your element you could probably boost your focus by surrounding yourself with materials relating to your element or you could visualize a beam of energy based on the element coming from the universe to you or try picturing your own system of getting energy.

First light the white candle. then chant these words three times

Write down things for the man/woman to be like and then write the name of the person you want to find love for on the back (must be full name) then fold the paper and burn it.
Sit down on a quiet room and close your eyes. Visualize a pentagram in front of you. Imagine it filled with dark or white energy. Then visualize that energy going into your body, filling it.

Take your blessed pen and neatly write the date on one of the pages in the notebook in parentheses. Example: (4/6/14). Next write your wish, put a lot of details in the wish too. At the end of your wish, put the date that you want the wish to come true on. This wish spell's effects depend on how much belief and faith the person casting the spell has.
