Begin by writing your daily routine onto the first page. Include the average time you perform a certain action and how long it takes.
Next you should write ways you can incorporate magick into it. For example, if you make a cup of tea in the morning, maybe add certain ingredients to it depending on what is happening that day/your mood.
On the next page, write down step by step guides on how to:
Cast spells
Make spells
Meditate
Astral Project
And other things related to those.
Once that is written, fill the rest of the pages with spells. If you wish, you can format the spells but writing the name of the spell, the category, ingredients/items (similar to how the spells section of the site is formatted) and then numbered steps.

#172 - Lupin the third’s masculine charm. (FTM friendly.)
As an FTM trans teen, and huge fan of the anime Lupin the third, I have made a spell that gives you the main character-Arsene Lupin the third’s masculine charm since I kin as him. This can be used if you’re biologically male or FTM (regardless of your transition status).
You may need:
A jacket that is of one of the colors Lupin wears in the anime or movies (green, red, pink, or blue).
A tie that coordinates with the color jacket (green jacket-yellow tie, red jacket-pink or red or yellow tie, pink jacket-red tie, blue jacket-red tie).
A pair of pants that’s either khaki colored or light colored.
A button down shirt that’s dark blue or black.
A belt.
An electronic device to look at pictures of Lupin and listen to the OST/soundtrack.
Things for fixing/styling your hair: hair gel or pomade and scissors (only if your bangs are too long).
A combination of intent and pure and confident belief.
Things to make scent: lavender essential oil, witch hazel, a small glass spray bottle, cedar wood essential oil, and water.

(This spell mostly involves dressing like Lupin the third. To be clear, NOT REALLY in a form of cosplay but kind of. As a Lupin the third kin, I am blessing you all who do this spell with his confidence and his masculine charm.)
Part one-intention: Four days before casting this spell, no matter what the moon phase is go stand outside on a clear night. Look at the star closest to the moon while holding your electronic device (like a cell phone) that has a picture of Lupin the third pulled up on the internet browser. Doesn't matter what color jacket he's wearing in the image. And either out loud or mentally state the following: "I am ready to be confident. I am ready to have masculine charm. I am ready to have the confidence and masculine charm like Lupin the third." Say that while glancing at the star, and the image three times.
Before we move onto part two, if you're trying to manifest your twin flame, now is a good chance to manifest them.
Part two-Making the good stuff: Next, two days before casting this spell AFTER setting intentions, make the scent. In a small glass spray bottle, fill it about three quarters full of water, then another three quarters full of witch hazel. Next, add 10-25 drops of cedar wood essential oil, and 15-20 drops of lavender essential oil. Screw on the top of the spray bottle, put the cap back on and shake it well. Let it sit in a dark place away from sunlight till you're ready to use it.
Before we move onto part three, it might be a good idea to spray it on you and let the scent invigorate you. Doesn't it smell nice and masculine?
Part three-The transformation begins: The day you plan on doing this spell (finally!), get dressed like Lupin. Put on the dark blue or black button down shirt and khaki or light colored pants. Then, look at your hair. If the top part of your hair/bangs are too long, I would highly recommend using scissors to cut them. Look at a picture of Lupin for reference. His bangs are in a short V-shape on his forehead in the middle. (If your bangs are just right already, just skip this step.) Then, use hair gel or pomade (a little bit, not a lot!) to fix the style. Then, put on the belt, tie and jacket. Make sure the tie color coordinates with the color jacket. Spray yourself with the scent you made, and affirm: "I am confident like Lupin. I have masculine charm like him. Ladies/other guys like me and will want to hang out/ask me out/want to date me."
You will feel masculine and confident. You will also radiate self love energies, and others will feel it because of how powerful it is. You might even meet your twin flame. (Not promising anything in regards to that.) Expect this to wear off in about 24-72 hours, but it could vary on the person.

Preface: I had a horrible falling out with my ex girlfriend, and I thought of her every single day. Everything reminded me of her somehow, and I found myself extremely depressed. However, I wrote this spell to do when I was feeling down, and it helped me to forgive myself rather quickly. This spell jar is small, but I found helps me when I need it.
Spell: This spell works best when performed under the new moon (see the ingredient meanings below).
Place all of your crystals in front of you (if you choose to use crystals) at your altar/workstation.
Light the candles* and sit in a chair/on your knees in front of your altar/workstation.
Think about the event. It might be hard, but the best way to get over a hurdle is to jump over it.
Meditate into the flame of the white candle. You can think about nothing or the event, but make sure you know your intent is clear: to forgive yourself.
When you are ready, chant once:
Rhiannon, Cernunnos**, I hope you can hear my pleas.
I have forsaken myself and done something to somebody (something) that I cannot forgive myself for.
I know I was wrong, and I know I have wronged you.
Please help me overcome this obstacle in my life and settle this for not only myself, but the other person (people) involved*** in this situation.
Pick up your small trinket and hold it in your hands. Meditate until you are ready.
Chant once:
This object is one that brings back memories of the other person (people) involved.
It brings me great pain, but I bring it to you as my offering in hopes you will help me.
You are great to me. Thank you for accepting me, and thank you for helping me to resolve this.
So mote it be.
Place your herbs and the item into the jar and tie your light blue ribbon around it.
Place the jar on a shelf or somewhere it cannot be knocked down. Whenever you feel like you need to, hold the jar in your hands.
I recommend writing this spell in a journal if it worked for you, as well as any other spell you may do, as well as how well it worked for you. This is a great way not only to keep track of spells you can do in the future, but will also be a great learning experience. Ingredient Meanings:
White Candle: Represents purity, spirituality, and peace. In some cultures it is the color of death and mourning. In this spell particularly, the white candle will represent peace.
Pink Candle: Represents romantic love, affection, and friendship. In this spell, it stands for the romance/friendship you have lost or strained.
Brown Candle: Used for feeling of self esteem.
Royal Blue Candle: Promotes laughter, happiness and loyalty, use whenever an influence needs to be increased.
Small Trinket That Reminds You of the Person/Thing You Hurt: Whenever you need the spell jar, this makes you face the situation.
New Moon: The dark of the moon, when the moon is invisible, is the most affective for casting spells concerning New Beginnings, and the launch of new projects. It is generally a time for taking new paths and making fresh plans established on the basis of past experiences.
Agate (Optional): Tones and strengthens both mind and body. Imparts a sense of strength and courage. Facilitates ability to discern truth and accept circumstances.
Amazonite (Optional): A variety of feldspar. Soothes nervous system. Strengthens heart and physical body. Aids alignment of mental and etheric body. Brings joy and upliftment. Creative expression. Facilitates clearer vision of one's own harmful tendencies, making them easier to release.
Green Calcite (Optional): In addition to generic attributes it is a great mental healer dissolving old programs and beliefs and restoring balance to the mind. Aids in letting go of the old and the transition from a stagnant to a positive situation.
Light Blue Ribbon: Light blue is associated with magic related to healing, patience, and understanding. Tie this ribbon around the jar when done.
Jar: Well, to put everything in. It's a spell jar.

Cleanse your jar with incense of choice.
Tie the golden thread around the neck of the jar.
Add the ingredients in order. 1.rose petals, 2.sugar, 3.salt, 4.sigil.
Charge with rose quartz, minimum of two hours, maximum of twenty-four.
Give to loved one of choice.
You may decide to put this jar together with three pink or white candles in a triangular pattern, this is optional. This spell jar is not a potion, do not ingest, simply give it as a gift to a loved one to strengthen your bonds.
How many times have you been asked out on a date? If the answer is not
very many, which is probably the case as Wiccans are known to be solitary
people, then you probably get nervous during those first dates that you go
on, which can cause problems for getting a second date.
First date jitters can cause you to stutter over the simplest words, be unable
to perform the simplest tasks properly. And make you knock things over. If
you are one of those people who literally freeze up in a nerve wracking
situation, the awkward silences can be what get you.
That is where a confidence charm comes into play. However, any
confidence charm could cause issues, as some may cause you to talk too
much, to boast a lot, or to become obnoxious almost. So you need one that is
geared towards a first date. That is where this charm comes into play.
You don't need anything special, as this is just a simple charm. However, if
you feel you need a little boost, you can smell some crushed borage to give
you a confidence boost on top of the charm. Only for a short second though,
because too much will become overbearing.
This charm is not permanent, so you want to do it, just before your date, and
if the date goes on for more than an hour, then you may want to reapply so
to speak. If you are not ready to let your date in on your Wiccan secret,
excuse yourself to the restroom, and you can do it in the mirror there.

Just before your date, go into your bathroom, or any room with a mirror. If
you have your borage, take three good whiffs of it now. Then look yourself
in the eye in the mirror and say:
" I call upon your forces three.
Let me see the worth of me.
Confidence is what I seek.
I am strong, I am not meek."
Say this three times in the mirror, and then go enjoy your date. If you feel
yourself start to loose confidence, say the charm again in a mirror, doesn't
matter if it is a big mirror or pocket sized mirror. You may want to practice
this a few times before your date as well, that way you are sure that it will
work well, and that you got it right.
Helping you get a new friend.
Close the bag carefully while saying the following chant:
"I open myself up for a new friendship, allowing it to grow as long as it needs. I request in the God and Goddesses help in hand leading me to the right friendship for me. While this candle is their guiding light, I will be looking for their sight. This is my will, this is my plea, so mote it be"

Light the candle while doing the chant and place it on top of the bag, if needed, place a metal jar lid on top of the plastic bag then put your candle on that, allow the candle to go out on its own, pay attention to the smoke of the candle fire. If needed, snuff out the candle.
When the candle has burned all the way down and has gone out on its own you may bury the bag outside. If you choose not to bury it, you may place it in a safe place where it won't be bothered
Close the bag carefully while saying the following chant:
