Put one dried dandelion's puff on the candle the others in the bath filled with water. Lit the candle . Go into the bath. Get wet head to toe . Then say : "As the candle burns, my pain goes let the water heal the pain, and stop the candle's light"! Put the candle in the water so the fire burns out.

Place the conkers in the bowl and leave near your bed at night. Go to sleep. In the morning wash the conkers and place them back near your bed. Repeat until illness is cured.
