Light the candle. Imagine all of the negativity floating out of your body like smoke, floating into the flame, becoming part of it. Say:
''I crush this curse that was cast upon me, No more negativity.''
Blow out the candle.
Light all the candles. Using the athame draw blood. Now mix the blood rosemary thyme and salt in the dish. Using this mix pour one third on the black candle. Rub one third on the bite while repeating "corpus christi". Drink the rest.
