Be aware that this type of ritual is frowned upon by most practitioners as most wish to change their targets ways and not end them as it can have severe ripple effects and unintended consequences. Light the incense and the deity candles, if you so choose. Use the incense to cleanse the crystals and the jar. Use the pen to write wishes, sigils, and other notions of goodwill and protection on the bay leaf. Burn it and add the ashes to the jar. Add the herbs, salts, crystals and moon water. While doing this, I chanted: "Odin, Thor, Tyr, Freyja" over and over again.
