It takes 2-4 weeks for you to experience all the effects. After that you should be able to transform into a werewolf at will. You might be able to turn any other people when you bite them, although that doesn't happen for everyone.

Depending on your element, your dragonbreath will differ. If you are earth element, you may breathe out a raging sandstorm. If water, it may be a torrent of water. Air elements may breathe a stream of forceful air. Fire elements will breathe fire.
Concentrate on converting air into your element. Then exhale all your concentrated element in one , intense explosion.

I can feed on both human and animal blood, I will be more beautiful then I was. If I bite a human and leave it alive the human will begin turning into a vampire. The transformation will be painful and will take three hours. I will have super strength, Super speed, Super senses. My eyes will be bright red if I drink human blood and golden if I drink animal blood. I will sparkle in the sunlight if I want to. My teeth will be unbreakable. And this is my will So mote it be!

Pour the two table spoons into a bowl. Then add the blood and hair. When you are mixing them, repeat the following chant once.
' Magic, enter unto me. Vampire transformation is what it shall be. Bring me the powers, bring me the feeling. Bring me what I desire, So mote it be.'
And before you say ' So mote it be.' you must pour the mixture over the candle, putting out the flame.
