You may need:
cup of salt water
essential oil of frankincense
essential oil of Myrrh
essential oil of Patchouli
essential oil of Vetiver
bath of warm water

2. add two drops each of essentials oils above (you may add more if you wish, but need to even numbers and the proportions equal)
3. with your fingers, blend this into the salt
4. add this to a tub of running water
5. when hte bath has filled and the temperature is correct, adjust the fragrance, by adding more drops if you so desire
6. sit back and relax

1. Empower the component for all that you want protected
2. Place the cloves in the bottle one by one, visualizing the bottle filling with green light.
3. Add the hematite, visualzing the silver colour of the stone weaving and swirling through the green light.
4. Add the salt and visualizing the silver and green light glowing brighter.
5. Carefully put the oilve oil into the bottle over the contents and fill almost to the brim cap the bottle tightly, shake it gently to further blend the ingredients.
7. Hold the bottle between your hands and channel the idea of protection into it.
8. Carry the bottle with you (or make one for you all) in a pocket when you are in need of protection, the bottle is fully active, but stir it when you feel the need for added strength, shake it gently and visualize the silver and green energy swirling in the bottle to surround you, defending you from harm, or you can leave (or make another bottle) to defend that object or place to be defended.

2. Combine the components in the glass bowl.. hold it up above your head and say
'Gracious Luna, queen of the night sky,
Bless this blend with serenity and love.
Grant me harmony and balance'
3. Visualise the light of the moon filling the bowel and overflowing flowing down your arms and inot your heart and spirit.
4. Slowly and carefully move the bowl up and down the surface of your body, around 1-3 inches above your skin.
visualise the blend in the bowl erasing a dull coating from your body, leaving behind fresh glowing energy.
Don't forget to visualise the areas behind your back, your head and the soles of your feet.
5. when you are finished take the blend outside and bury it.
