how to go into a trance while meditating.

1. breath in through your nose for 6 seconds. hold for 6 sec. breath oout mouth for 6 sec.

2. imagine yourself climbing a ladder.

3. let go of ladder. free fall.

while free falling you should feel numb and relaxed.

slowly wake up.
