How to go into a trance while meditating.

  1. Breathe in through your nose for 6 seconds. Hold for 6 sec. Breath out mouth for 6 sec.
  2. Imagine yourself climbing a ladder.
  3. Let go of the ladder. Free fall. While free falling, you should feel numb and relaxed.
  4. Slowly wake up.
