Perseverance is key when trying/attempting to find your guides, though it doesn't matter whether we actually see them or not as they are always with you and communicating with you, sometimes there arw guides that pop into our life for a short peroid of time then vanish, though not necessarily in the way you expect.

Meditation is good but you have to be dedicated, if your meds are hit and miss and just when you 'feel like it' you're not imo likely to acheive much, if you can't be bothered then why should they make the effort?
