Sadly, as hard as we try not to, we occasionally get scammers on this site. The Mods can't always catch them before they start their scams, so we do appreciate it when our members bring them to our attention. But creating new accounts saying that someone is a scammer is not how to go about it. Anyone can do this and they could even do it to you. That's why we have means to make sure that the claim is valid before we gag an account.

So what should you do?

If the person is sending you e-mails that seem to be scams you can click on the link below their e-mail message that says "Report". This will make their e-mail visible to the Mods and we can then act upon it. This is the best approach as it gives us visible proof that they are violating site rules.

If you choose to go directly to one of the Mods, then you need to copy and paste the spam message into your e-mail to the Mod so they can see what the issue is. We need to have some evidence on which to act to prevent gagging someone because another member doesn't like them. We want to be fair to everyone.
