Hello sorry if theres anything wronge with the post

recently in school things have been happening but is see or hear them before it happens. e.g i can here the fire alarm a it gose off 5seconds later or i will see someone fall and then later that day they will fall.

anyone got any suggestions on what this could be and improve this skill.
