I have read to many post about"why can't we create new covens?"The reason why is because there were over 50 covens on this site in the past and they got deleted.The reason why they got deleted is because the priest/dess didn't do what they were to do when making a coven and lost it.Plus I guess Petrarca got tired of it and stoped letting people making covens.
