(i accidentally posted this in welcome the first time)
I dont know how to fully make a talisman, i want it to help channel things such as divination but im not sure what to put on the talisman to do that. i also want to make it lucky, specifically the cord which im planning on making with sealed dogbane, the entire talisman will be hand crafted. im using a gifted slab of pine wood for the actual talisman which was gifted by what I assume is a fae though im not entirely sure, all i know is it wasn't human. I plan on getting the dogsbane from a local abandoned graveyard which is overgrown. my original thought for the cord was to seal it, then put it in a water mixture with ground clovers, egg shell, and baby rat skull (which i found in a digested pregnant rat, meaning it wasn't born yet), ill do this before the full moon during which ill claim it from north east south and west to be lucky to those who find it/own it, and unlucky to those who steal it or plan to break it, ill keep it in my window for a month till the next full moon where i repeat the process (the sealent is to prevent it from absorbing too much water and breaking). i believe this can be refined so ill take any suggestions and complete changes, this is just for the cord. for the talisman im not sure what to do but it should help amplify divination, if that's not possible then whatever y'all think it should be is chill
