i found this site today, and it has AMAZINGLY THOROUGH advice on shielding both internal and external; manipulating psi, healing, empathy, telepathy, constructs, and MUCH More.

normally i dont advertise for sites.

but if your a beginner and are trying to figure magick out this is the place to look.

i know it may not be dark, or good looking or interesting in certain parts, but working psi is working with the most base form of magick.....our energy.....if you learn that, you will learn spell work a whole lot easier.
