Baraqiel is the archangel of lightning, As such he can keep you from being struck by lightning in a thunderstorm. Saint Barbara is the patron saint of thunderstorms and lightning, she is invoked for protection during these events.

 Baraqiel angel of lightning and Saint Barbara patron saint of thunderstorms, I beseech you to protect me from the powers of Lightning and thunderstorms through the might of your intercession.  May my house and property be shielded from this harsh weather so that I may keep all that I have and be thankful for all the Lord has given me.
