Go outside and wait for a breeze to come. When a breeze comes, do the following steps:

  1. Close your eyes and feel the breeze around you.
  2. Feel the air surge through your body, calming you.
  3. Feel as if the breeze is part of you.
  4. Now feel as the wind in you.
  5. Open your eyes.

You should now be successfully able control the wind.
