1.Make the tea ( but dont add anything but shugar)
2.Put your hand over the tea
3.While your hand is over the cup of tea say:Make this tea give me energy, So mote it be.



Warning! If the spell is cast wrong it can give you too much energy and you wont be able to sleep.
