i have no idea what this does i just heard it in my head and nothing else

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • 9 gems being blue,yellow,white,red,peachy,cyan,clear,purple, and an amethyst
  • a basic perferable wood whistle

just blow the whistle than say "hasta creathion scoya scrishia scrathes thoiaration scyrath" 

i have no idea what this does but it could be used in a circle or a ritual for extra streangth as it made me feel stronger and in control but i cant tell.
